Mr. Blumel is a Los Angeles based entrepreneur with a track record of developing, growing and managing successful businesses. He is Chairman and managing partner in Blumel Holdings LLC, a business management and investment holding company with interests in a variety of industries. He is an active Angel investor and a participant in several start-up and early stage companies in the fields of commercial real estate, commercial banking, private banking, and construction services. Jim brings more than 20 years of experience in business management, business development, strategic planning, new product launch, and financial management to a variety of industries.

Jim holds a Bachelors degree from UCLA and a MBA degree from USC.

Mr. Kirk is a successful entrepreneur and investor, both private and institutional. During his career – over three decades of software, networking and telecommunications – he has held positions in engineering, marketing and sales, with startups and Fortune 10 companies. He has held executive level positions at American Online, where he led the world-wide launch of their online service, and managed the development and operations of their business systems, including billing, eCommerce, Internet advertising and fraud management. After AOL, David was Senior Vice President at Cisco Systems, where he managed their core software development, and was general manager of their enterprise business. David was born in Belfast, and now resides in California. He has a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from DeMontfort University (previous Leicester Polytechnic) in Leicester, England.

Mr. Hariri has more than 19 years of high tech sales and business development experience. He has held various technical sales and sales management positions at IBM, Toshiba, Nokia, Nortel Networks, and several start-up companies. Pedram is an adjunct professor at ITT Technical Institute, and a frequent university guest lecturer. Pedram holds a BS in Computer Science from University of Southern California (USC), and an MBA from USC Marshall Business School.

Dr. Keating is a successful entrepreneur who has over 25 years experience in technology-related start-up businesses. He is currently chairman of Andor Technology, one of the few companies in Northern Ireland to achieve an IPO. Other activities include: Managing partner of a company designed to commercialize the intellectual property of high-tech companies; Visiting Professor in Entrepreneurship at the University of Ulster; founding director of Investment Belfast (a Belfast City Council initiative); Chairman of Halo, a business angel network; Chairman of the Advisory Board of the NI Centre for Entrepreneurship and of QUBIS, which supports university spin-outs. Dr. Keating has played a major role in spinning out technology from the University and supporting start-up businesses, particularly among science and technology graduates. He was recently appointed to the Board of Invest Northern Ireland. In addition, Dr. Keating was recently awarded the prestigious Queens Award for enterprise promotion in the United Kingdom. This award is given out to less than 15 people annually to recognize business leaders in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Moffett brings more than eight years of experience in 3D development, 3D imaging, and product design. He has worked with industry and design leaders and is an expert on 3D imaging theory, 3D software development, and industrial design. In addition to supervising all in-house software and hardware development, he manages and integrates software production from our teams in Moscow, Italy and Vancouver. Paul holds an honors degree in Design Theory from the University of Ulster.
