Over the course of the past 2 years I've spoken to hundreds of patients considering breast surgery - whether it be augmentation, reduction, reconstruction, or lift - and most of them have had some difficulty with the decision – “should I or shouldn't I”, “what will my husband think”, “will the kids notice”, “I want to look natural – what if….??? It’s a very emotional and personal decision, after all this is YOUR body. 

I can remember one woman, that desperately wanted to look just like her neighbor - only she was short and very lean, where her neighbor was tall and broad. She came for her consult the day I was there in the office, training the doctor and staff on how to use the Axis Three 3D Simulation system. She came in thinking that she knew exactly what she wanted – 400cc silicone implants. We showed her in very realistic terms, what she would look like after surgery if she used the same size implants as her neighbor. “I don’t want to look like that” she said “that’s way too big for my body” The decision was made and she went for 325cc moderate+ profile, instead of 400cc!! She has since had her surgery and from her post op photos, she looks "fabulous"! 

Another patient flew all the way from Queensland, Australia for her surgery, purely because she wanted to have a sneak preview of her realistic results. She scheduled her surgery, at the end of a fantastic snowboarding vacation and was back cheerleading for the football team, as soon as she returned home. Another fabulous result! 

So if you think you are the only one who worries about your plastic surgery results, don’t. Just make sure that you make the right decision for your expectations and your body and you will be fine.
